Power Grind

DESCRIPTION: AT-POWER GRIND is a liquid cement admixture for use as a grinding aid in the manufacturing of cement.
STANDARD: AT-POWER GRIND complies with ASTM C 465
USES:

• AT-POWER GRIND has been developed for use in both open circuit and closed circuit mills.

ADVANTAGES:

• Increased output of grinding mill.
• Reduced grinding energy for better economics.

DOSAGE:

• Dosage rate of AT-POWER GRIND varies between 200 to 700 ml per ton of clinker type
• However, exact dosage is determined by factory trial for the required result

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

• AT- POWER GRIND is generally added into the first or second compartment of the grinding mill to maximize dispersion and product efficiency.
• It may also be sprinkled on the conveyor belt by suitable dosage pump with adjustable flow rate.

PACKAGING & STORAGE:

• AT-POWER GRIND is available in the following pack:
  • 200 kg in HDPE container
• Shelf life is 12 months in sealed containers as provided if stored under shade in ambient temperatures.
• Keep containers sealed and away from heat and cold in a well ventilated area
• Stir material well before use

HEALTH & SAFETY:

• Protect hands with rubber gloves and eyes with goggles.
• Accidental splashes to the skin or eyes must be rinsed immediately with clean water.
• Store in well-labeled containers.
• If required get medical attention.
