Plast(N)

DESCRIPTION:

AT-PLAST (N) is a liquid water reducing agent based on organic polymer based integral waterproofing compound. STANDARD: AT-PLAST (N) complies with IS: 9103 and IS: 2645

USES:

• AT-PLAST (N) is an excellent Organic Polymer based water reducing agent with following uses:
  • Where placing conditions are difficult
  • In piling
  • Where pumped concrete is required
  • Improved workability is required without increased water
  • Exposed surfaces are important

ADVANTAGES:

• Substantial improvement in workability without increased water
• No risk of segregation
• Upto 12% water reduction
• Increases the workability without increased water
• Retains the same workability after reducing water
• Does not contain any added chloride, i.e. chloride free
• Setting time of concrete is not effect
• Compatible with all types of Portland cement

DOSAGE:

• 1 kg AT-PLAST (N) per 50 kg bag of cement

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

• AT-PLAST (N) is normally added to the mixing water before its addition to the dry mix. In case of accidental over dosage the strength is not affected.

PACKAGING & STORAGE:

• AT-PLAST (N) is available in the following pack:
  • 200 kg HDPE container
• Shelf life is 12 months in sealed containers as provided if stored properly in original, unopened packaging, at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.
• Protect from direct sunlight and frost
• Keep containers sealed and away from heat and cold in a well ventilated area
• Stir material well before use

HEALTH & SAFETY:

• Protect hands with rubber gloves and eyes with goggles.
• Accidental splashes to the skin or eyes must be rinsed immediately with clean water.
• Store in well-labeled containers.
• If required get medical attention.
