Morel(W)

DESCRIPTION:

AT-MOREL (W) is a carefully blended combination of refined mineral oils and emulsifying agents, producing a thin film stable release agent for concrete.

USES

• AT-MOREL (W) can be used on most types of formwork to give an optimum release and quality of surface finish to concrete, over a wide range of mix designs. AT-MOREL (W) when applied to:
  • Steel
  • Plastic
  • Timber allows clean, fast and easy striking

CONSUMPTION / COVERAGE / DOSAGE:

• For TIMBER 30 sqmt per kg of diluted material at a dilution rate of AT-MOREL (W) : WATER = 1:2 to 1:4.
• Approximately double coverage to the above can be achieved with steel/plastic formwork
• After diluting with water in the ration 1:2 or 1:4, please apply the material immediately
• Thorough stirring is always recommended
• Apply material immediately before observing any layer separation
• Consumption / Coverage / Dosage depends on the surface texture and porosity of the formwork

PACKAGING & STORAGE:

• AT-MOREL (W) is available in the following pack:
  • 50 lts & 200 ltrs container
• Shelf life is 12 months in sealed containers as provided
• Keep containers sealed and away from heat and cold in a well ventilated area
• Protect containers from frost, direct sunlight and contamination
• Opened units should be tightly closed when not in use
• Stir material well before use

HEALTH & SAFETY:

• Protect hands with rubber gloves and eyes with goggles.
• Accidental splashes to the skin or eyes must be rinsed immediately with clean water.
• Store in well-labeled containers.
• If required get medical attention.
