Coat(WR)

DESCRIPTION:

AT-COAT (WR) is a single component Silicone Hydride fluid based solvent less, high quality, general purpose water repellent for imparting water repellency to absorbent and porous mineral construction material. AT-COAT (WR) is based on high-performance silane-siloxane formula which penetrates deeply in the substrate and reduces water leakage. It is ready to use and paintable.

USES:

• AT-COAT (WR) is used a general purpose water repellent for natural stone, brick, concrete structures, sand lime brick, on mineral paints and stuccos.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:
SURFACE PREPARATION:

• Surface that is to be treated must be clean and free from loosely adhering particles.

APPLICATION:

• Material can be applied directly after well shaking.
• The material to be applied by brush and should be consumed on the same day.
• Minimum 2 coats of diluted AT-COAT (WR) recommended, wet on wet to the surface.
• Before applying, be sure to cover windows and non-absorbent surfaces properly because the product cures so quickly that it will be extremely difficult, if not impossible to remove after a few days. Any splashes on windows need to be immediately wiped off using soapy water.

COVERAGE:

• Approximate coverage of diluted AT-COAT (WR) will be around 140 gms-150 gms/m2 per coat depending on the porosity of the surface.

• AT-COAT (WR) is available in the following pack:
  • 500 g and 1 kg PACK
• Shelf life is 12 months in sealed containers as provided
• Protect AT-COAT (WR) from direct sunlight
• Keep containers sealed and away from heat and cold in a well ventilated area
• Stir material well before use

HEALTH & SAFETY:

• Protect hands with rubber gloves and eyes with goggles.
• Accidental splashes to the skin or eyes must be rinsed immediately with clean water.
• Store in well-labeled containers.
