Plast(NR)

DESCRIPTION:

AT-PLAST (NR) is a mid range water reducing cum set retarding agent. STANDARD: AT-PLAST (NR) complies with IS: 9103 and ASTM C 494 Type B, D

USES:

• AT-PLAST (NR) can be used to produce high quality concrete in difficult conditions such as high temperature, congested reinforcements, long haul etc.

ADVANTAGES:

• Reduces water usage without loss of workability
• Improves workability
• Very effective for concrete where long haul is required
• Setting time of concrete is increased
• Slump loss can be controlled for a long time
• Chloride free hence does not attack reinforcement
• Ultimate strength is increased
• Surface finish is improved

DOSAGE:

• The dosage of AT-PLAST (NR) is 0.2-1.2% by weight of cement depending on the type of effect required.
• To establish exact dosage it is advisable to carry out site trials.
• AT-PLAST (NR) should be directly dispensed into the mixing water prior to its addition to the concrete.

• AT-PLAST (NR) is formulated from carefully selected raw materials and is manufactured under control conditions to produce a consistent product

HANDLING:

• AT-PLAST (NR) is formulated from chemicals, which present no fire or health hazard

PACKAGING & STORAGE:

• AT-PLAST (NR) is available in the following pack:
  • 200 kg in HDPE container
• Shelf life is 12 months in sealed containers as provided if stored under shade in ambient temperatures.
• Keep containers sealed and away from heat and cold in a well ventilated area
• Stir material well before use

HEALTH & SAFETY:

• Protect hands with rubber gloves and eyes with goggles.
• Accidental splashes to the skin or eyes must be rinsed immediately with clean water.
• Store in well-labeled containers.
