Nit(L)

DESCRIPTION:

AT-NIT (L) is an accelerator and a rebound reducer for the sprayed concrete. It is available in liquid form.

STANDARD:

AT-NIT (L) complies with ASTM C 1141 Type II Grade I Class A.

USES:

AT-NIT (L) is recommended to produce economical and high quality wet concrete.

• To produce permanent gunite and shotcrete
• To tie and secure loose and fragmented rock surfaces during construction of tunnel
• To stabilize rock and soil
• To secure construction pits and excavations

ADVANTAGES:

• High cohesion and adhesion of shotcrete and gunite
• Reduces the rebound and dust of the gun mix efficiently
• Build up of high thickness can be achieved in one application
• Improves adhesion of the shotcrete to walls, rocks and concrete surfaces
• It is easier to carry out application on overhead situation
• It helps to produce a high strength and dense shotcrete

DOSAGE: 3% to 7% by weight of cement.

APPLICATION:

• AT-NIT (L) is to be added by dispensing pump suitable for wet spray.

PACKAGING & STORAGE:

• AT-NIT (L) is available in the following pack:
  • 250 kg HDPE barrel
• Shelf life is 6 months in sealed containers as provided (temperature between +5°C and +30°C)
• Keep containers sealed and away from heat and cold in a well ventilated area

HEALTH & SAFETY:

• Protect hands with rubber gloves and eyes with goggles.
• Accidental splashes to the skin or eyes must be rinsed immediately with clean water.
• Store in well-labeled containers.
