DESCRIPTION:

AT-LAKER (AC) is water based acrylic polymer coating. AT-LAKER (AC) is clear lacquer that gives glossy finish to the surface and is also scratch resistant. It gives good abrasion resistance and increased durability of costly stone. It provides a transparent coating on the concrete surface. . AT-LAKER (AC) is highly recommended for designer tiles, tiles, decorative stones, paver tiles, etc.

DIRECTION FOR USAGE:

• Always test in a small inconspicuous area to determine appropriate application method, achievement of desired results, and to ensure good adhesion.
• Ensure that the work area is well-ventilated during application and until surface is dry.
• Keep children and pets out of the area until foot traffic resumes.
• Avoid applying in direct sunlight.
• Surface must be thoroughly clean, dry and free of any sealers or coatings before application.
• Application on a dirty or dusty surface will affect adhesion and appearance.
• High Gloss Finishing Sealer should not be applied to a wet or moist surface.
• Avoid applying onto surfaces not intended for treatment.

COVERAGE & DRY TIME:

• Coverage varies based on porosity and texture of surface. Test advisable before application.
  • 1 kg will cover 50 sq.ft to 60 sq.ft. for single coat, depending on the nature of surface
  • Normally 2 coats recommended

• Dry Time:
  • Touch Dry : 10-15 minutes

APPLICATION METHOD:

• Liberally apply 2 even coats with a natural bristle brush, roller, or paint pad applicator. Do not apply product with a sprayer or sponge. Failure to apply a sufficient amount of sealer to the surface may result in an undesirable finish or degradation of the coating. More coats may be applied if desired.
• For extreme conditions additional coats may be required depending on the nature of surface.
• Allow 30–45 minutes between coats or until surface is dry to the touch
• Surface traffic may begin 12 hours after final application; keep installation dry for a minimum of 12 hours; full cure is achieved in 24–48 hours
• Keep surface clean and dry as finished surfaces may become slippery when wet

PACKAGING & STORAGE:

• AT-LAKER (AC) is available in the following pack:
  • 20 kg HDPE container
• Shelf life is 36 months when stored in correct conditions. Shelf life is shortened once container is opened.
• Protect from frost. Store in clean, dry conditions between 5°C and 30°C.

HEALTH & SAFETY:

• Protect hands with rubber gloves and eyes with goggles.
• Accidental splashes to the skin or eyes must be rinsed immediately with clean water.
• Store in well-labeled containers.
• If required get medical attention.
