DESCRIPTION:
AT-FERRO COAT is single component, water based, protective coating against corrosion for Steel Structures used in concrete and Pipes etc.
USES:
- AT-FERRO COAT is mainly used as a corrosion inhibiting coating, applied on concrete, reinforcement of steel surfaces, pipes etc.

ADVANTAGES:

APPLICATION METHODOLOGY:
- Remove dust, flakes, or other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or with wire brush to ensure removal of loose rust particles.
- Two part of Fresh Cement to be added with one part of AT-FERRO COAT by weight.
- Apply the mixed material to the prepared surface by means of Brushes, Rollers or Spray Guns.
- Apply second coat once the first coat is touch dry.

PACKAGING & STORAGE:
- AT-FERRO COAT is available in the following pack:
- Shelf life is 12 months in sealed containers as provided @ 300C
- Keep containers sealed and away from heat and cold in a well ventilated area
HEALTH & SAFETY:
- Use goggles, mask, nose cover and hand gloves during application.
- Clean hands with warm soap water after application.
- Avoid contact with skin / eyes.
- In case of unlikely contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water, then cleanse with soap and lukewarm water and seek medical advice.
- Do not use solvent to clean the contacted area.
- Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid inhalation of vapours as some people are sensitive to resins, hardeners and solvents.
- If swallowed seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
