DESCRIPTION:
AT-ELASTIC 1 is a single pack highly elastic liquid membrane. It is an excellent waterproofing material which does not age or harden, having good thermal tolerance and UV resistance.

Confirms to ASTM D 903 & BS 476 PART – 3
RECOMMENDED USES:
- Ideal for waterproofing of roofs, plaza and car park decks.
- It can be used within a sandwich of cement mortar to provide wear course toppings for new building.
- AT-ELASTIC 1 can be used as a protective UV resistance sleeve coat for costly resin or other vulnerable material when exposed waterproofing system.
- Acts as a protective membrane for PU installation.
- AT-ELASTIC 1 is recommended for repair of old or existing damaged waterproofing system.

COVERAGE:
- AT-ELASTIC 1 PRIMER = 750 g – 1.5 kg / sq.mtr of material per coat.
- AT-ELASTIC 1 = 1 – 2 kg / sq.mtr of material per coat. For better results 2nd coat recommended.
APPLICATION METHOD:
- Surface should be sound and free of oil, grease and loose particles.
- Cracks should be repaired with AT-ELASTIC 1. In case of metal surface remove rust and contamination, for better protection.
- Apply primer coat of diluted AT-ELASTIC 1 (i.e. 75 parts by weight of AT-ELASTIC 1, 25 parts by weight of water) by brush, spray or roller.
- After the AT-ELASTIC 1 PRIMER coat is completely dried apply minimum two coats of undiluted AT-ELASTIC 1.
- It is very important to ensure each coat is totally cured. (i.e. 8 hours at 30°C) before the next coat is applied. For better result use glass fiber reinforcing mat; embedded into the first coat of AT-ELASTIC 1 while still the coat is wet, mainly at expansion areas and joints with the parapet.
CLEANING
- Clean all tools and equipments immediately after use
IMPORTANT To avoid blistering of the coating, the 1st coat application of AT-ELASTIC 1 must be of thin coating. Allow the 1st coat to dry for at least 2 – 4 hours before the 2nd coat can be applied.

PACKAGING & STORAGE:
- AT-ELASTIC 1 is available in the following pack:
- 20 kg & 200 kg HDPE container
- Shelf life is 12 months in sealed containers as provided @ 300C
- Keep containers sealed and away from heat and cold in a well ventilated area
- Stir material well before use.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
- Protect hands with rubber gloves and eyes with goggles.
- Accidental splashes to the skin or eyes must be rinsed immediately with clean water.
- Store in well-labeled containers.
