Cure(R)

DESCRIPTION:

AT-CURE (R) is a resin based, liquid membrane curing compound for concrete.

STANDARDS:

AT-CURE (R) complies with ASTM C 309-90 USES:

  • AT-CURE (R) forms a continuous film to retain moisture in concrete for effective curing. It is suitable for all general concrete applications, particularly useful in large areas of exposed concrete such as:
    • Airport Runways
    • Highways
    • Taxiways
    • Roof decks
    • Retaining walls
    • Canals
    • Bridge works etc.

  • Concrete : 0.200 kg – 0.250 kg/m2 depending on the texture of surface, wind velocity, humidity and temperature

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

  • APPLICATION
    • AT-CURE (R) should be stirred well before use to ensure even dispersion of the same.
    • Application should begin as soon as the concrete is free from surface water.
    • AT-CURE (R) should not be applied if there is bleeding in concrete.
    • A thin layer of AT-CURE (R) has to be applied to the whole surface using a hand operated low pressure spray gun.
    • For larger areas, application can be done by power driven automatic equipment.

CLEANING

  • Clean all tools and equipments immediately after use with Mineral Turpentine Oil/Petrol.

PACKAGING & STORAGE:

  • AT-CURE (R) is available in the following pack:
    • 200 ltr HDPE barrel
  • Shelf life is 6 months in sealed containers as provided
  • Keep containers sealed and away from heat and cold in a well ventilated area. Keep away from flame.
  • Stir material well before use

HEALTH & SAFETY:

  • Protect hands with rubber gloves and eyes with goggles.
  • Accidental splashes to the skin or eyes must be rinsed immediately with clean water.
  • Store in well-labeled containers.
