Cure(FS)

DESCRIPTION:

AT-CURE (FS) is a non-chloride, hardening, set time accelerating admixture for use in various concrete applications. This innovative and new age construction chemical has been specially developed to enhance the setting characteristics of fresh concrete.

ADVANTAGES:

• Reduce setting time in general and specially under cold weather
• Does not contain any added chloride ions ensuring that the product does not contribute to the corrosion of reinforcing steel
• Reduction of chloride attack
• Faster setting time leading to accelerated construction
• In cold climate high early strength – early de-shuttering, early stiffening – quicker finishing operations facilitates concreting even below 5°C

• Repairs of the industrial floors
• Repairs of concrete slabs and flat members
• Cold weather concreting
• Early de-stripping in cold weather

DOSAGE:

• 20-25 square foot per kg depending on the surface condition (for single coat)

DIRECTION OF USE

• AT-CURE (FS) is a ready-to-use liquid which can be directly sprayed over concrete surface through any standard spray machine.
• We recommend 2 coats for better performance in an interval of at least 1 hour from the first application.

RATE OF HARDENING:

• Hardening depends on temperature of the concrete mix and ambience temperature.
• Forms, earth, reinforcement, air, etc. affect the hardening rate of concrete.
• At higher temperatures, concrete hardens more rapidly.
• Normally AT-CURE (FS) admixture accelerates the setting time of concrete depending on ambience temperature and substrate temperature.

PACKAGING & STORAGE:

• AT-CURE (FS) is available in 5 kg / 25 kg / 250 kg HDPE container
• Shelf life is 24 months in original & sealed packing
• Storage condition should be free from frost and protect from direct sunlight
• Keep packing in cool, dry place away from heat, cold and moisture
• Stir material well before use

• Protect hands with rubber gloves and eyes with goggles.
• Accidental splashes to the skin or eyes must be rinsed immediately with clean water.
• Store in well-labeled containers.
• If required get medical attention.
